I love their menu! There's a cool little title for each appetizer and entree that I've never seen before, which of course, caught my attention.
We came during their 2 year anniversary of the plaza opening in Scotts Valley which was a 60s-70s themed event. They had $10 bbq ribs plate which included baked beans and potato salad. For an extra $3.00 you can get a fresh grilled corn on the cob and dress it up as an elote (mayonnaise, butter, parmesan cheese and chili powder). Not sure if this would be added to their menu, but it should! The ribs were delicious and flavorful!
We also orders the choke bowl ($10) which is an artichoke-spinach and cheese dip with toasted garlic bread. This was amazing. -

This place has great food and pretty good cocktails.
There is a full bar.. So you can get what you want.
I love that you can order from the Cambodian restaurant next door (Jia Tellas)..
I got fried pickles and it comes with amazing Chipotle ranch!
Also the choke bowl.. Which is artichoke and cheese dip with toasted bread... Sooo delicious .
Burgers were a BBQw/ fried onion strings and A jalapeño Chipotle ranch one...
Wow! Both were awesome and juicy and perfectly cooked..
I got the clam chowder for the side and the other got fries... Which are also super yummy.

As a follow up to my last review, I have to finally give up on this place. My wife has staunchly disliked Two Doors after our first few experiences but I continued to push to go in every month or two. I usually left somewhat disappointed but every time I went back I hoped it would have turned around and turned into what I wanted it to be: a fun, friendly, and tasty place to relax, grab a bite and and a beer. Frankly, it's not that and doesn't look like it ever will be. What is it? An overpriced themed restaurant with staff that doesn't seem to care much about their jobs.
The final straw? The last three times I've gone in they've messed up my order. I always order the same thing: a Chupacabra with the veggie patty. Once they brought me wrong side (no biggie) but then they put a meat patty on instead of the veggie patty. Last weekend they just plain brought the wrong order and had already given mine to someone else.
I've previously said that I'm willing to pay $16 for a good burger, which I still am. However, good food should have accompanying good service, or at least half decent. Sorry Two Doors, but not once have I had passable service.
Best of luck -

I ordered the Hightower salad today go, which is very good. And they have great tasting ranch. But understand this is a vegan salad with nothing to cook, but I waited 30 minutes and it was $12 without a protein. I was the only person in line. Likely won't return.

Fun, casual, atmosphere.. lots of amazing menu choices.. pretty sure my fish (and chips) were a famous frozen brand but they were crispy and delicious and I would order them again. The tots were delicious. There is so many different choices from Cambodian salads, burgers, pizza, soup, spring rolls, etc. it was hard to decide. There is a few picnic tables outside on the walk way and the restaurant has two large doors that open the bar area and seating allowing people with dogs to gather near the door. Everyone (including dogs) was relaxed and all the food looked great. Perfect for happy hour gathering. Will definitely go back.
